A More Ethical Way to Flip Homes.

Hillstone helps investors, wholesalers, and other real estate professionals flips houses. However, we do it in a far more ethical way than the typical house-flipping model.

 

The typical model involves an investor offering pennies on the dollar for a property then keeping all the profits after renovation and resale. This model is exploitative and predatory. Instead, Hillstone profit shares with the original seller after renovation and resale.

 

A fair profit sharing model would involve Hillstone and the Seller splitting additional profits 50/50; however under our business model the Seller keeps 90-95% of the additional profits from the property resale.

 

Hillstone also uses independent appraisers, contractors, and real estate agents to ensure transparency and ensure our clients understand that we do not receive under-the-table or backdoor deals. Because of this, our clients regularly walk away with more money after using our services than they would if they went with a traditional sale, and certainly more than if they used a traditional real estate investor.
