How it works

Hillstone orders an independent appraisal and inspection. Our team builds a full budget and profit projection — no algorithms, real human analysis.
Agree to the terms and contribute your equity stake. Hillstone covers 90% — purchase, renovation, and carry costs. Zero monthly payments throughout.
Hillstone manages the renovation and resale. When it closes, 100% of net profit — after our fixed fee — goes directly to you.
Program terms
Hillstone is not a lender. No credit check. No DTI requirement. No approval process. This is a capital agreement — documented, clear, and aligned. We only profit when you profit.
All fees are deferred to resale. You will not write a single check during the project beyond your initial 10% contribution.
