Hillstone takes a fundamentally different approach by sharing post-renovation profits with the original property owner. In a standard fair model, profits might be split 50/50. However, under Hillstone’s business structure, the seller retains 90–95% of the additional profits realized from the resale, ensuring they benefit far more substantially.

To maintain full transparency, Hillstone works exclusively with independent appraisers, licensed contractors, and real estate agents, ensuring clients understand there are no hidden fees or backdoor arrangements.
